StaxFunx vol.II (on Stax Records, natch, with a bunch of other good funky cuts
from Memphis Horns, Isaac Hayes, TSU Tornadoes, and others)
and other compilation of soundtrack and funk stuff that I have that was an
import from Europe but really cheap (about $9.99). I don't remember the name
right now though but it has 4 Tops, Impressions, Curtis Mayfield, WIlliam
DeVaughn, etc.
In any case, a good track showcasing early Earth Wind and Fire...

well I found it on Vinyl for 15.99 (import) at Virgin
I hate that place but sometimes you see great cheap stuff
and because all the vinyl is in one section and the
staff are all disgruntled, stressed out and
generally overworked you find mismarked stuff like
full lengths as singles (for example I saw squarepusher lp for 9.99)!!!
just a tip (and dont tell everyone you know ... just buy the stuff
otherwise they will fix the problem and then no-one will get discount
vinyl from the corporate atmosphere I mean corporate sausage)
