Me too, although I'm probably the biggest sucka for acid jazz on the soul
tip. I couldn't get "Lift Off" off my head for weeks, and "I Am" is pretty
dope, although it could use a stronger hook.

Interesting, since I saw them in concert (Dec '96) and they played almost
exclusively from "We The People"; the only first album tracks they did at
all were "Mrs. Grier" and "Sunday Afternoon". They also did their Beatles
cover of "She's So Heavy", but the rest was all WTP tunes... Probably since
it just got released...
