For some reason i havent seen anyone mention this release... well..
maybee its just me not paying attention...

its not that new release... but still its really surprisingly good... i
havent liked the latest TW release, so this was refreshing news...

track listing as follows:
Corrina Joseph - (I Wanna) Get Down
Parlour Talk - The Price You Paid
Missing - L A Rhodes
Emperors New Clothes - Dark Light (Underdog Mix)
Mother Earth featuring Gregory Isaacs - 9 to 5
Chris Energy - Take Me High
Huge Baby - Spastic Sister (Floating World Mix)
The Shining Path - Illusions
Mike Bandoni - Much More Than A Dream
Diana Brown And The Brothers - Yes It=B4s You
Cloud 9 - I Feel It (Scorpion Mix)
London Sound Collective - It=B4s Real?
Sons Of Mithras - Zion 2 Step
Hang Ten - Track X
Mister Exe - Hippy Cowboy

so, there it is.... new stuff but mostly new sounds really.... top of
the notch is definatley Mother Earth with Gregory Isaac wich in itself
makes the whole album worth buying IMHO. Its not the Mother Earth we
have gotten used to, but more the old, more funky-jazzy one... its a
slow beat with slow vocals by mr Isaac.... fun stuff...

Other standouts is Diana Brown And The Brothers (whoever they are) wich
sound like the late 70=B4s or something (it is copyrighted 1987... so...).
Then we got the usual jungle influences... strangley enough its wery
jazzy jungle... nice direction to go in...

so, the deal is that acid-jazz in the original sense... thinking about
the first 3-4 totally wired releases seems to be long gone on this
album. A bit strange since the last couple of releases have pointed in
the other direction IMO. Anyway its a rather good compilation. Well
worth checking out....
