Good luck...the situation is pretty lame here!

Your best bet is to tune in to CKLN 88.1 , CHRY 105.5 or CIUT 89.5 . These
are all College stations with some pretty good shows. CIUT &CKLN are in
Toronto, CHRY is in North York.

CHRY is the best choice for hip hop ; but alas they have a very weak
transmitter.

Good bets on CLKN....Fri 7-11, Mon 5-7 . Tues 11pm-2am, Weds 5-7, Thurs 5-7

On CIUT try...Thurs 10pm-12,Tues 6am-9am,Fri 11-noon, Mon 11-noon

There's probably more but give those a shot
