I saw this movie the other day, "The Man who Fell TO Earth," which
starred David Bowie as an alien disguised as a wealthy corporate mogul.
It was made back when Bowie was cool. ANyways, it was a pretty good
flick, and the soundtrack was AWESOME! I was wondering if anyone has
seen it and if anyone knows who John Phillips is. He did a lot of
composing for the soundtrack and Im wondering what else he's done since
Im sure this soundtrack is long out of print. The opening song was the
best one. Instrumental, lots of bass and marimbas, similar to something
Tortoise would be doing these days. Is that opening song Phillips or is
it someone else?
anyone have clue or should I just give up?
