I got the first 5 Star compilation from Shadow towards the end of last
year. I don't have it with me right now, but I do recall there being a
song called "Una Vez." I recently saw an LP by Le Gooster, who appears
on this compilation, and it was on the Five Star label, which is from
France I believe. So they are related. The album and the Shadow
compilation I have both sound great, by the way. Very atmospheric,
smooth instrumental hip hop for the most part. Think Lonnie Liston
Smith samples on top of downtempo beats.

I'm confused. Can anyone tell me if the Five Star Galaxy cds on Shadow are
related to Five Star Recordings who were puttin those killer compilations
out last year?

Does anyone have the Five Star Galaxy stuff on Shadow? How are they? Is
there a song on there called "Una Vez"?
