Whatever happened to Tosca

I just recently listened to the song "chocolate elvis" by Tosca and was instantly hooked. This was part of a compilation called "Abstract Vibes" and I think it was released in 1995.

I was just wondering if anybody has any information about Tosca. I have been looking for a copy of their album if they have one. Do they? Also, if anyone can give me more info about them... I would really appreciate it.
