I havent heard the D-Influence song, but I do know that Teena Marie has
a song called "It Must Be Magic"... Possibly this is what inspired
D-Influence's 'Magic'?

Someone taped Omar's latest CD for me. It sounds okay... Pretty
typical Omar... This one wont be the US crossover sensation in my
opinion tho. Not that I want him to be... does anyone know if this new
release also is connected with RCA(?) like his last one? I fear he
could be dropped from his label, you know how fickle these big labels
are.

I thought it was a Teena Marie b-line, but I couldn't place the track.
Anyone know?

BTW - the remix, I think, was based on "Fools Paradise". It is pretty damn
close to the original groove...
