Hi, my name is Jon and I am new to the acid-jazz mailing list. I
am a longtime member of the ambient and idm lists on hyperreal. My
interest in downtempo music began with the Sabres of Paradise and
Nightmares on Wax. Hence, there is a decidedly electronic slant in my
tastes for downtempo music.

My favorite labels are:

Wall of Sound
Pussyfoot
Pork
Ninja Tune
NTone
Dot

None of these labels are specifically acid jazz, so I wonder
whether they are appropriate for this list. If not, is there a
downtempo/triphop mailing list?
