Dr Bob Jones "Stop and Listen"

Bob Jones may not be so familiar to non-UK listees but has been around
since the beginning of time it seems. Just got back from UK and picked
up a delightful double album on the Barely Breaking Even label. Just
1000 pressed apparently and staying at my mate Steves I was played off
to sleep with a couple of cuts - full length version of the excellent
Runaway Love by Linda Clifford then Sarah Vaughan Inner City Blues -
never even heard this before. Sallied forth to Borderline Records in
Brighton to get myself a copy to find that there is not just one but 4
of these comps - number 4 I think put together by P Forge. on the "too
much of a good thing" tip I stuck with just the Dr Bob wax so was
wondering whether anyone else had picked up other volumes.

Also, anyone care to post some Bob Jones information? He's still playing
on Kiss FM right?

Finally, what do we know about BBE - looking to me like a small but
perfectly formed little operation...
