Yeah, I want to add to the raves about this one. Picked it up on the
weekend and it's been spinning on my player or in my head ever since. One
of the most satisfying purchases I've made for ages. It definitely lives
up to all my expectations after the Earth Pioneers EP. 'Page One' in
particular is so uplifting .... the grooves and beats are way funky, the
(real) string and horn arrangements are lush, all the vocals are cool (and
isn't it nice to hear butterfly from digable planets again?), and most of
all, the *songwriting* is actually great. All the love and care that
obviously went into crafting the songs into more than just nice grooves
definitely shows. Get it...

peace

Kurt

PS I wonder when Ursula Rucker is gonna release an album of her own? Her
contributions to the Roots, Sylk 130 and 4 Hero are all sooo good.
