Greetings all.... so do you guys think that in 50 years our children
will scoff at the idea of carrying around record bags? All these little
wippersnappers will be popping up in the place with their little
palm-pilot sized computers with thier entire record collection on it.
Showing up a couple minutes early to download everything onto the system
at the club and then mixing digitally all night. Dropping in drum fills
and effects like there's no tommorow. Kids will be jacking each other
for their record collection.... but it won't matter because you'll be
able to keep it backed up. Not to mention all live video mixing with the
advent of Coldcut's new video software. It's mindboggling to think of
the possibilites!... For now though, the amount of music this MP3 player
holds is really handy to supplement the rest of my adored mixable
vinyl... and save crate space to boot!
