Ivan Boogaloo Joe Jones

So I went to Dusty Groove, a kickin' store and mail order catalog here
in Chicago this weekend. Among my cd purchases was Ivan Boogaloo Joe
Jones' Sweetback (re-issued by Luv N' Haight). You've Got It Bad, Girl
is the last song on the recording and I have two questions:

1. It says it was written by Y. Wright. Did Stevie Wonder do this song
first and was this someone he worked with?

2. The song ends wih a surprising fast forward "scribble" at the end.
This doesn't sound like it's supposed to be the end nor characteristic
of the music. Did I get a defect?
