Rose Ann Dimalanta (rad), is american but lives mostly in Europe I believe.

Today I tried a couple of clips of her new album 'Higher Plane' at the
timewarp site (www.tunes.co.uk/timewarp). Definitely sounds
interesting, much like Erykah Badu at times I think.
