Steinski's "The Motorcade Sped On"

I just saw a mention to this seminal work again. This time it was in the
new Coldcut/Hex AV single "Timber". I've read about it in articles in
several other magazines. Does anybody actually have this? Any reviews?
Any historical background? Let us all know...
