I've got this as a 7", which was given away on the front cover of NME back
in '86 (along with a tracks by Sly and Robbie and Sonic Youth), the only
reason that I ever bought it was that it had been given loads of airplay on
late night radio 1 in the month before it was released.
For those who have never heard it, it is basically a collection of radio/tv
clips surrounding the JFK/LHO shootings set to, what you would describe as
a circa '86 beat.
The sad thing is that this is the only single which survives from a
reasonable collection of stuff from that time by Coldcut and Steinski
<sniff> that has either been sold off <sniff> lent and never returned
<sniff> or given to long since departed girl friends <sniff> :(
Was it a domestic release anywhere ?
