If you have December issue of IEEE Spectrum they have an article on
electronic music interfaces put out by J. Paradiso at Negraponte's Media
Lab (MIT).

I'm not sure whether you need to be a member, but the article states you
can "Turn to the on-line version at www.spectrum.ieee.org and check out
over 20 video and sound clips - as well as two different ways to
interactively make music over the Web'
