Henry Threadgill's music is a bit strange. i don't know about his
association with Air, but his best solo effort (IMHO) is called "Too much
sugar for a dime." lotsa off-time stuff that really grooves hard....i
havn't listened to it in a while. i think it came out around 93.
he used 2 tubas instead of bass guitar on this particular release, and some
others....
tubas that groove....hmmmmm....
