If Company Flow is the future of rap music to come, im scared. The beats may
be different which i respect, but i can't seem to like them. The tracks are
usually not very layered and i am sick of the whole "vortex cortex, android,
parabolic, bible prophecy" technical babble rap, that has somehow started to
grow over the last months. Im sorry, but i can not get into company flow.

I think their production is really good. It sounds really gritty.
What don't you like about it?

I like gritty music but not on those terms. My type of gritty is the crackle
of a sampled record. I also like the good old days of hiphop that is very
layered. Maybe im living in the past, but i just can't see hiphop getting
any better. I know it sounds negative, but i just find myself listening to
old stuff. I try new stuff but it just doesnt happen for me.
