Mighty Bop is actually Chris Le Friant, aka Chris the French Kiss
and head of Yellow Productions along with DJ Yellow. He also is
a member of the Reminiscence Quartet and records as Bob Sinclair
and probably some other pseudonyms I have forgotten at the moment.
No relation to La Funk Mob.
I know we've been over this before but I think Mighty Bop's
second full-length is a more eclectic and mature effort than
LA VAGUE SENSORIELLE. Some folks on the list don't like it
as much, however. I would recommend you at least give it a
listen.
