Charizma "my world premiew/methods/top notch competitor" - he was an
	amazing emcee that peanut
butter wolf got his start with in the early 90's. he died
tragically right as they got signed to hollywood basic in late 93.
HB was the progressive lael which signed organized konfusion and
first put on DJ Shadow to do remixes of the lifers group. I've
got a rare promo comp where shadow does a 12 minute live mix/remix
of all his fave stuff from the label... plus the Lifers group rmx.
The A&R guy for HB was Dave Funkenklien who was a legendary beat
head who also passed a few years ago.... you can read an archive
of his articles (very informing and funny) at bombhiphop.com.
Scoop 2 of these 12's, juggle em and watch the b-boys go nuts.
Superduckreaks - this is the battle dj record hands down.
Rob Swift Presents "Soulful Fruit" - this was originally a mixtape by the
legendary x-men mebmer (x-ecutioners).Its full of routines
by X-Men members, old breaks and beats. its probably most noted
for the 15 minute "battle" between Swift on the wheels and Rahzell
(Roots) on the beatbox... ill material.
Fanatik "Phanatic Beats" picked up the UK on all good vinyl as "seismic
activity" this is basically a beat album, but a gorgeous one at
that. he's one of few who can hold attention with just beats and
	cuts.
Rasco's "the unassisted" - one of the best 12's of last year.
Other artists include persevere, encore and homeliss derelics... all their
12's are pretty good, but i couldn't really recommend em.
In the future, peanut butter wolf is putting out a full length featuring
all sorts of new folks as well as the old over his always nice beats.
Also, alvailale online now is "Radio City Chaos" cassette. it features
songs from a the above LP, new Q-bert (the turntalist) routines and future
12's.
you can find all the above for order at stonesthrow.com
