you all mentioned most of them, here are a couplaothers:

Lessee.... some more Indian vibes can be had
on some Thievery Corporation tracks as well as
with Kid Loco (one song in particular on the
She's my Lover single).

Then there's also Indian music from India, which has
lotsa fat beats all over the place. I'd love to find out more
about the producers of some of those movie soundtracks,
because it seems like theres some heads in the studios
sometimes with the kind of beats they drop into songs.
