dear list: just bought sealed lp on charlie parker records called" East
and West of Jazz" featurin Duke jordan and Sadik Hakim ( #plp-805)
on it is a tune called yes he's gone. its clear that George MICHEAL
"borrowed part of the melody for Kissing a Fool from the song", Yes,Hes
Gone" . particularly 'Better let them do just what they will" nin his
song. Also the intro to Stevie wonders "Over joyed "is clearly related
to another cuttallgass"on this album.
