Not personally, but she *is* one of my all-time favorite singers!

The stepdaughter of trumpeter Don Cherry, Neneh has been making
radical soul music since the late 70's, first with punk reggae
band The Slits, then with Rip, Rig & Panic and Float Up CP,
before embarking on a solo career with the mega-smash pop hit
"Buffalo Stance." Although her solo albums are aimed at a
more commercial market, she continues to experiment and collab-
orate with more offbeat artists, recently recording several
tracks with Tricky. Her version of "I've Got You Under My Skin"
was one of the highlights on the AIDS benefit album, RED HOT +
BLUE. There's a nice Neneh Cherry page on the Virgin Records
website at: http://the-raft.com/nenehcherry/.
