Hello.
Questions directed at you "World Machinists":
Those of you subscribed to the Action Records weekly updated new arrival
mailing list may have seen that they are now carrying 12" vinyl by
Level 42 for the song "The Sun Goes Down." Some of you may remember this
tune from the '80s, this is the acid jazz list afterall. However, this
particular version features Omar. OMAR? The _For_Pleasure_ Omar? Has
anyone heard this version? What's the verdict?
Regardless, I ordered it via their website <www.action-records.co.uk>.
BTW, does anyone know how to subscribe to the Level 42 listserve? They
have one, and my sister was on it at one time, but neither of us can
remember how to get back on. Please e-mail directly to avoid aj-list
clutter...
Thanks in advance.
Peace,
Ha-ha
