Subject: Announcing STARSCAPE 19:99 Electronic Music & Arts Festival
Saturday June 5, 1999
9 PM - 7 AM
ULTRAWORLD PRODUCTIONS
presents
S T A R S C A P E 1 9 : 9 9
electronic music & arts festival
at Ft. Armistead Park, Baltimore, MD
The natural evolution of our relationship with the Baltimore City Parks
Department will continue with the inception of the first Starscape
Festival. Established in juxtaposition to the city's popular Artscape
Festival, Ultraworld hopes to achieve a similar degree of quality and
notoriety. While Artscape's focus is on art and an eclectic mix of popular
music, Starscape will be the antidote for those who crave underground art
and creativity, and prefer the DJ and electronic music scene. Starscape is
also a charity event, with 50% of the proceeds being donated to our
co-sponsor, Baltimore Reads.
