I don't see any reason to have different poll categories for these two time
periods, so to avoid confusion in the mind of the pollee, the 1999 poll will
consist of the same categories as the decade poll (see below).

Please submit 1999 entries to: maregood@comcastpc.com by January 4, 2000.
