Kavita - "Gypsy" Bougie Soliterre mix [Flip]
can't get enough of this one. sweet vocals, acoustic guitar. simple &
infectious.
Lego - "Flava in Your Ear 2" [Afterhours]
the flava's definitely hot & spicy on this latin house fusion thing. choose
from trumpet, piano or vocal versions. or double it up and mix your own.
pretty similar to the astrojazz ep that was out a while back.
Gypsy - "Gypsy" Jazz Twit mix [Shaboom]
more latino madness from the jazz twit. props to the brazil - err...
blackpool connection!
Fiefschwarz - "Music Part 2: Latin Music" [Benztown]
a slightly commercial sound with the vocal harmonies, but there's a cool
soulful vibe in there. the arrangement and piano & jazz guitar parts are
pretty slick.
Groove Connection - "Declassified EP" [Liquid Sound Lounge]
a couple of nice tracks on this, along with a few duff ones. worth it though
for the classics "up all night" and "everything is changing".
Groove Connection - "Everything is Changing" [Naked Music]
from the above ep with a very tasty remix from swag.
Cricco Castelli - "Escape from Rome EP" [NRK]
only really been playing "First Love" from the ep. solid beats wrapped round
a looping sax riff and filter shit. wicked.
KV5 & Nicky Taylor - "Church Candles" [People]
interesting drums - somewhere inbetween uk garage & jazzanova. flip it over
for a gorgeous version from nitin sawhney.
Ian Pooley - "What's Your Number" Jazzanova remix [V2]
back in the box 'cos it mixes so nicely with the above kv5. will i ever get
tired of this tune? doesn't look like it.
