** FEMI KUTI **
The long awaited release of Femi Kuti's US debut
> "SHOKI SHOKI"
will hit stores this February on MCA records
12" remix singles of "Beng Beng" have been sent to selected DJ's
A tour will be set up in February as well to celebrate the LP's release
A full listing of cities and date s will be announced shortly
If you have seen the show before, I'm sure you will agree that it is,
without a doubt, one of the most impressive shows you will see. If you
haven't DO NOT MISS IT!!!!!!!!!!!

** ANANSTACIA **
She's new to the Giant Step roster of projects
but is making a world of noise in the club.
After hearing her increadible voice on "I'm Outta Love"
we decided to catch up with Ron Trent and Matthais Heilbronn
to do the remix business.
What we came up with was four hot house remixes which are burning
roofs off of clubs across the States and Europe as we speak.
HOT OFF THE PRESS: Next single "Not THat Kind" is being remixed by
Maurice Joshua, Grand Style and Hex Hector
Stay tuned for more info on Anastacia and her soon coming
Epic Records debut LP.

** Amel Larrieux **
If you were in NYC on November 22nd
you would have had the chance to see Amel rip it up at the
Bowery Ballroom. As Bobbito and Spinna tossed beats off the stage
to warm up the crowd inside, a mob scene waited to get in
at the front door. In front off a shoulder to shoulder audience
Amel turned it out for an hour long performance that had people
screeming for more. Our thanks to all of you that came and
showed your support.
Amel's solo debut LP

hits the street February 15th
In conjunction with the release will be a US tour
stay tuned for tour details to be released shortly
For those who have been asking we will have remixes on "Get Up" from Ron
Trent and Jephte Guillaume at start of 2000.

** Apollo 440 **
After establishing themselves with seven years of block
rockin beats, Apollo 440 is back with their latest.
> "Getting High On Your Own Supply"
which is set for release at the start of January
The band are currently on a world tour with European and UK
Dates through to mid December. Japan, Australia and USA are
being scheduled for February.
> "Stop the Rock"
Apollo 440's first single from the upcoming LP
can be found in selected record shops. If you can't
find it - school your shop owner!
Currently getting massive specialty radio airplay and getting adds in DC

know today, Krust has joined with Island/DefJam to release
his solo debut LP out December 14th
