At least in Japan the Earth vol 1 and 2 are reissued as one single release
(think it was european on import though). From what I understand at least
number one is hard to get hold of at the moment. IMHO number two is
definatley the best buy followed by number one. 3 is good but not as fresh
as the others were when they were originally released (and some tunes on
them definatley still stand up for themselves).

otherwise enjoying:
Talbot-White : Off the beaten track - second coming for long time Weller
companions (as well as most english acid-jazz). Released in 96, didnt know
they actually released a second one, but definatley worth looking up for
true acid-jazzers.
The 24-Carat Black : Ghetto, Misfortunes Wealth - Finally found a reissue
from stax of this beautiful but strange Stax band of the 70s. funk/soul at
its best and a lot of material thats been reused/sampled in later days.
Keb Darge, Bob Jones : Jazz Spectrum - compilation following up on the
earlier released soul spectrum. Screetchy and noisy jazz that youve
probably never heard before... all with a distinct spice of funk and soul....
