Props to whoever mentioned the Purple Penguin album, "Question."
Just got that yesterday from Forced Exposure and like it very much.
Thick, heavy beats blended with an array of instruments and vocals.
I'm thinkin I may need to pick up the other album De-Tuned, if it's
any good. Any thoughts?
I agree with whoever said PP fills the gap between Attica Blues
albums. But what's the deal with Attica Blues? I know they've appeared
in a lot festivals over in Europe and done remixes for people but I
haven't seen any new material from them. What's the dilly? Peace.
