I have the first four albumns of the US released RBC series... and _in my
opinion_ (at least for the first four) the series defines acid jazz like no
other set of comps. Volume 1 up to 4 shows a trend of increasing electronica
influence. Luckily I have them on CD, cuz if it was vinyl I wouldve worn the
record out a long time ago as much as I play em. Not all the tracks are the
greatest, but I think the set is a staple of any acid jazz fan analogous to how
my collection would be woefully incomplete without Greyboy or Bukem.

By far what I show my friends when they ask me "what the hells this acid jazz
stuff you listen to".
