You're talking about an entirely different album. Most of the songs on
"Quannum Spectrum" were made in late 98 & early 1999. I'm on the Shadow
mailing list, so surely I would have heard of promo copies being leaked THAT
early. "Quannum Spectrum" is an entirely new album. And it's not garbage,
either.
