Christ, not only is this US-centric, it is way old. If you ever get
something like this and it doesn't have a date on it, don't forward it.
Notice that it also doesn't list a house or senate bill number.

This vote took place long ago, and the charges were voted down. Please do
not forward this to anyone, especially to music lists and lists with non-US
folks on them!
