Dear List,
For the past couple of weeks, there has been discussion of starting
an Acid Jazz Compilation CD from the producers in this list. As we all
know, something like this takes alot of work aside from all the other things
we are doing. A great idea has been proposed where we can get CD's made at
a very low cost and even profit to be made. But, because of this
proposition, there also has been questions as to more details or what not.
I've been wanting to start something like this, really more of a label, for
a while now, but could never really get the help, time, money and dedication
that I could see from the people here. So in other words, now is a perfect
time to pursue this and get this going. But before we throw out even more
random ideas and actually not go anywhere, we need to start a list of people
that are willing to help in this project. Not just producers mind you, but
anybody that can help make this possible. As soon as we know who is in and
who is out, then and only then can ideas and what not can be thrown on the
table. So, the first step I believe is to get off the acid jazz list and
leave it for the music and lets start get this ball rolling shall we??
