this may be considered a plug since I work there, but if you go to Yahoo and
search for "internet broadcasts" you should get a number of categories with
sites that have downloadable or streaming radio shows. Probably the most
relevant to this list are:

I've been digging http://www.rapweek.com/ lately. Simple no frills site (no
damn Java or Javascript bullshit--why do web designers think websites have
to be flashy to be good???) with streaming and downloadable shows with
nothing but fresh hip hop.
