ALBUM OF THE WEEK: BASSIC INSTINCT II, collecting the recent output from
Germany's Stereo Deluxe label. Mo' Horizons, Moodorama, and Boozoo Bajou
are just a few of the artists supplying the jazzy and sometimes blunted
grooves on this compilation, which is totally enjoyable from start to
finish. I had PLENTY of new releases to listen to this week, but I couldn't
stop listening to THIS one! Be sure to look for the limited-edition
double-CD, containing a bonus mix CD of additional tracks and remixes.
