Just to add some more details...
@Blue, UFO's Yabe spins on Fri., Raphael on Sat., Matuura on Mon.
@Room, Shuya Okino of Kyoto Jazz Massive spins every Fri, Shinichi Osawa of
Mondo Grosso spins on every 1st Sat.(Place gets packed on the day like Tokyo
Subway, hehe)

Those are probably the best bet for visitors.
Look for Tokyo Classified(http://www.tokyoclassified.com/default.asp) or
Tokyo Journal, English mags with club info.
Dunno much about Roppongi bars...I'm not a big fan of that area...
