Just heard the sample of Bill Clinton saying "Multi Ethnic Multi Racial
Democracy in Human History" on David Holmes's "Let's Get Killed."
I'm surprised I've never heard more Bill Clinton samples. Does anyone know
of any others? I'd really like a nice housey track with contradicting
samples from the whole Lewinsky thing: "I did not have sexual relations
with that woman" etc.
Are these politician's speech protected or covered by any copyright? You'd
think musicians, especially sample-weilding ones such as our current crops
of stars would be really into that.
