Well guys, I'd have to add to this that if you're ever aroun San Francisco
or Berkeley, you really should go check out Amoeba records. They have an
excellent selection of used AJ CDs. To my experience, the one in SF has even
better selection of AJ than the Berkeley one. But yeah, it would have to be
the best source for used CDs that I've ran into anywhere before...

Most of the CDs I won, I have bought used. As a matter of fact, I got
Portishead's first album used just a few weeks after it was out, which
goes against your hypothesis. At the same pawn shop I got almost the whole
early 'Talking Loud' catalog (Young Disciples, Incognito, Galliano, et.
al.) for two bucks each one. They still have plenty of them if you ever
stop by Bloomington, Indiana.
