Actually NuBreakz raises a question for me..out of the acid jazz/future
jazz/whatever fans out there how many of you are into the whole post
Chemical Bros nu skool breaks sound? I'm talking about labels like TCR,
Finger Lickin, Kingsize, Marble Bar, Bolshi, Botchit & Scarper, etc. It
doesn't get mentioned here and I'm just wondering if that's because 1)people
heard it and don't like it, 2)people never get to hear and don't know it.
It's the big new genre for us but it's VERY underground. Some places (like
Chicago unfortunately) you can't find the records anywhere (unless you come
to our warehouse).

FYI a lot of the breaks people are ex-acid jazzers. One good examples is
Kingsize's Outcast who used to be Adelphi.

True. We should just call it List-X or something since pretty much all the
music that we talk about here is genre defying.. Half the stuff I listen to
I couldn't even tell you what type of music it is.. There's no definite
category. That's why it's really hard for me to describe what type of music
I listen to when someone asks me that.
