Hi all,
Thanks to the input from several people, I think I'll
pass on this gig. It's only been five years since
Child's View, but a lot of artists have shifted gears
in that time span, too. Abstract experimental music is
a one in a million shot that really only satisfies the
musician's ears for the most part. Give me melody and
groove any day. This actually makes things a lot
easier, because John Scofield is playing at the Park
West that same weekend, and I know for sure that he
kicks ass live. Thanks again, guys.
