Groove Distribution's highlights this week are:
Acid Jazz/Trip Hop: Baby Namboos 12” remixed by Geoff Barrow of Portishead,
Karma album now in on CD, two Tipper 12”s (incl one with Plaid and Andrea
Parker remixes), and Yellow’s Bossa Tres Jazz compilation now in stock on
LP.
Drum & Bass: Atmospere Mag (the bi-monthly drum & bass bible), Baby Namboos
12” remixed by Dillinja, debut album from DJ Krust on CD and a 6 record box
set!, Sunz of Mecha remixed by Droppin’ Science’s Dylan, and lots of back
catalog titles from Low Key, Aspect and Proper Talent (incl the Brave New
World album mixed by DJ Rap & Kenny Ken).
House: Black Masses 12” on Azuli, new Incognito single remixed by Kenny Dope
(MAW), Junior Cartier “Women Beat Their Men” remixes (on two separate 12”s),
Neneh Cherry’s “Buddy X” remixed by Dreem Team, and Ministry Of Sound’s new
Annual CD compilation.
Nu Skool Breaks: the brand new awayTeam single “Motown Funk” along with two
of their older hard to find 12”s, Swiss breaks DJ Be&See two 12”s plus his
kick ass mix CDs Big Beatz Sessions 1 and 2, Sunz Of Mecha 12”s (one
featuring a remix by Thursday Club), and Marble Bar’s End Of The Universe CD
and 12” sampler.
