The New Jersey Kings are the same as The James Taylor Quartet, from my
understaging it was their way to make some more records for the Acid Jazz
label after they had signed up for another with JTQ. If memory serves me
correct there are 3 albums with the kings out, first "on the corner"
(miles davis rip of cover) and one more i cant remember (not at home, so
cant check the shelves out :-). Might only be two out there, someone can
probably clarify this.
JTQ on the other hand must have around 12-13 albums out by now if you take
all the recently released best ofs into account.
