    Hey Steve etc.

Ditto on all that - Coldcut's JDJ is a classic - way outta print but worth
getting someone to toast you a CDR copy. Another oft-overlooked Coldcut gem
is the "StonedChilledGroove" mix CD on Soul Vibration - lots of classics by
Global Communication, Fila B., Journeyman and others on here - info @:

Out now on import wax (mixed - whafuck? what's the point?), to be released
in a few days Apr. 25 on Red Ink/Sony stateside CD only - it's called
Code4109. Full disclosure - we're working press on it, but no jive-talkin'
it's one of the best trip/hip-hop mix discs I've heard in ages. 4109
seconds in length, a set that Krush honed during his European tour last year
    - the man gets props for merely putting Eminem and Jazzanova on the same
disc and not losing the flow! Tracks by DJ Cam, 45 King, lots of Japanese
indie MC's, and of course Krush himself. His mixing is tight, I still can't
tell the transitions after listening to it a few dozen times. All in all,
less head-nod/blunted-out than the ColdKrushKuts, still midtempo but more
"up" than CKK. Well worth picking up! - Brock

PS - Small Krush US tour in the next few months t.b.c., with dates in NYC,
LA, SF and Chicago likely - more factoids on that one later...
