Picked up some new stuff that I wanted to mention...

Gabriel Rene (feat. Nicole Weisberg) "Don't You Cry" (OM Records)
w/a nice Natural Rhythm remix alongside 3 others as well. It's on the new
San Francisco House Sessions 2 but I have it from somewhere else, I can't
remember...Anyway, it's a great soulful house track that I love even though
I generally hate vocal house. I love her voice...I think I hate most
vocals because I hate most voices, but this woman's voice is intoxicating,
not to mention great the house music behind her.

Natural Calamity "And That's Saying a Lot" (Nuphonic)
This I love because of the Groove Armada remix which is just pure GA- good
    stuff.

    Ondar "Tuva Groove" (F-111)
The Thievery Corporation Mix on this track caught my ear. Breakbeat
Science mix too. Coolio! Throat-singing dance muzik :)

The Chemical Brothers "Music:Response" (Freestyle Dust)
The "futureshock main response" remix of Music:Response was something I
heard on Jason Bentley's "Metropolis" radio show and I had to add that to
my break/big beat mix. Say what you will about the Chems, the do move the
    floor.

    LTJ Bukem "Journey Inwards" (Kinetic)
Everyone's moving on from drum'n'bass but I gotta give the man props. He
started it all and I still think he has the best sound going (for
D'n'B.) I LOVE atmospheric d'n'b. I wish he didn't use as many MCs as he
    does tho.

Has anyone else found that Derrick Carter remix of Cibo Matto "Moonchild"
on F-111 Records? I heard it was a promo released at WMC and I'm dying to
hear that. I _love_ the original version of that track and would love a
great remix as well. I'm just increasingly impressed by the F-111
imprint. Everything from house to trance to breaks...great stuff....

    Gen

(moving from LA to NYC next week!)
