Probably b/c they're no longer the same entity as the group that recorded
the early Food records - "Jazz Brakes" were primarily Matt Black and Jon
Moore (aka Coldcut) - with "Recipe for Disaster" they brought in PC and Kev
so it was all four of'em - and with "Kaleidoscope" Matt and Jon left,
leaving PC and Kev at the helm - so the changing sound reflects that.
"Kaleidoscope" is my fave Food to date, by far - bio below for more Food
