Actor/Director Dennis Hopper was responsible for getting John Lee Hooker, the
late great Miles Davis, Taj Mahal, Roy Rogers, Tim Drummond, Earl Palmer, and
Bradford Ellis to play music composed by Jack Nitzsche for "The Hot Spot"
movie soundtrack ( Antilles 422-846 813-4 ).
Oh, by the way, the movie stars Don Johnson, Virginia Madsen, Jennifer
Connelly, and Charles Martin Smith. It's a "film noir" which is my favorite
type of film.
I highly recommend the soundtrack and the video.
