Well, you haven't mentioned Amoeba. They've got a big acid jazz
section (both branches) which ought to suit yr needs. I'm surprised
you haven't found anything at Streetlight or Rasputin's, though--
Rasputin's tends to come through for me on certain tougher-to-find
essential imports, though the way they file stuff in their various
electronica sections can be contentious. And I've always felt
Streetlight (esp. the one on Market) did well by
acid-jazz/groovelectronica, given the size of their store. I *know*
for a fact you can pick up Digable Planets there, as that's where I
got my copies.
