Yukihiro Fukutomi has an absolutely stonking track called "Action" on the
Outpatients compilation. It's not brazilian at all - more like 21st century
jazz-funk (I keep thinking of Pleasure's "No Matter What" when I listen to
this track.) Mental drum programming. I'd love to find more stuff he's done.

recommend Japanese music producer Yukihiro Fukutomi and his EP "Brazilia
2000". He is a former member of Pizzicato 5, but the music he is doing is
much better then P5's. I've even noticed his songs on Gilles Peterson's
playlists a couple of times. I've bought this EP in Japan, and i'm not quite
sure if it is available elsewhere. But who knows...
